Our 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase, covers manufacturer defects across our entire jewelry range—necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings. We want you to wear your Eternal Elegance pieces with complete confidence!
Examples of covered defects include:
- Necklaces & Bracelets: Broken spring clasps, disconnected or broken chains that show no sign of force or stretching.
- Rings: A band snapping in an area that clearly hasn’t been pulled or stressed.
- Earrings: Ear post detaching from the earring base, or an earring back failing to stay secure due to manufacturing issues.
If your item qualifies under these guidelines, we’ll repair it free of charge to ensure you can continue enjoying your jewelry. Please note, our warranty does not extend to damage from accidents or force (e.g., a chain yanked too hard or a ring bent while lifting heavy objects).
Submitting a Warranty Request

- How It Broke: Briefly describe the circumstances surrounding the breakage (e.g., clasp broke unexpectedly, ring band snapped without pressure).
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your email and photos, our team will review the evidence to determine if the issue is covered under our warranty. If it qualifies, we’ll arrange for the piece to be repaired at no cost to you. If it doesn’t, don’t worry—we can still work with you on repair options to restore your jewelry to its original sparkle (though fees may apply for non-warranty repairs).
