How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?
We have a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you’re not completely in love with your jewelry, you can return it (in its original condition and packaging) for a full refund within 60 days of receiving it.

Is there a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes! We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturer defects (e.g., broken clasp, chain detaching without force, etc.). If your piece qualifies, we’ll repair it free of charge.
What is considered a manufacturer defect?
Manufacturer defects include:
- Broken or faulty spring clasps
- Chains disconnecting from clasps/jump rings
- Chains breaking in the middle without signs of stretching or force
For items that qualify, we’ll repair them free of charge. Damage caused by accidental pulling or force is not covered under the warranty.
How do I start a warranty request?

Include clear photos of the defect and of the entire piece.
In your message, provide your name, order number, and a brief description of how it broke.
We’ll review your request and arrange a repair if your item is covered under our warranty.
How do I care for my Eternal Elegance jewelry?

Take Off Before Bed: Sleeping in your jewelry can cause unnecessary friction and wear.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or pool?
While our plating is durable, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, or salt. These can speed up wear on plated pieces and dull the overall shine of your jewelry.
